Over the past 18 years, we have visited 82 countries, studied a vast number of projects, and become investors ourselves. https://alesinvest.com/ Responsibilities: Work with internal CRM systems and IP telephony Process incoming inquiries using prepared scripts Qualify leads and transfer them to Alesinvest experts Maintain reports and update data in the CRM system Requirements: Experience working in a call center, as a sales manager, or assistant for at least 3 months Confident skills in working with PCs and CRM systems (Bitrix24, Google Docs, Microsoft Office) Excellent oral and written communication skills Business communication skills and customer orientation Fluent English Conditions: Full-time remote work Salary during the first three months is 700 USD plus bonuses for exceeding KPIs Timely salary payments without delays Flexible schedule: 5/2 or 6/1 Comprehensive training, mentorship, adaptation, and online courses Opportunities for professional and career growth We are waiting for you!
